Trump's fifteen points also failed inspection.

Assay Office

Woodcut-style cartoon: inside an Israeli inspection shed at a Gaza crossing, an inspector with a jeweller's loupe examines a surrendered rifle on a felt assay bench, holding up a rubber stamp reading GENUINE in one fist and FICTITIOUS in the other, a crate of rejected rifles at his feet; Netanyahu leans over his shoulder saying "No one moves until every rifle passes," while a painted CEASEFIRE board hangs beside a doorway with smoke rising outside.

At a Sunday cabinet meeting Benjamin Netanyahu said "Israel rejects the 15-point document" put forward by Donald Trump on Gaza, and that the IDF would carry out no withdrawal until Hamas is "genuinely" disarmed, rejecting any "fictitious disarmament." Hamas has tied the handover of heavy weapons to Israel ending all aggression and withdrawing. Trump's Board of Peace announced agreement on the "complete disarmament" of Hamas last month, and far-right minister Itamar Ben Gvir is demanding a fresh cabinet vote to kill the plan.
